Ingredients:

- Chilly sauce-two spoons
- Corn flour –one cup
- Maida–one cup

- Carrot –one cup
Preparation:
- Take a bowl and add grated carrots, spring onion and cabbage.
- Include the green chilly, salt, ginger garlic paste.
- Add the corn flour and maida powder.
- Knead them like a smooth dough.
- Prepare small round balls and deep fry them in oil.
- Make sure balls become brown in color.
- Again heat the oil, fry the ginger garlic paste and pour the tomato sauce, chilly sauce, soya sauce in it.
- Meanwhile, mix little corn flour with water and pour into gravy.
- Once the gravy begins to thicken, add the fried balls and mix well.
- Transfer them to the plate and decorate with coriander leaves.

2.Cauliflowers Manchurian
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower–one cup
- Salt –as per taste
- Dark soya sauce -two spoons
- Chilly sauce-two spoons
- Corn flour –one cup

- Manchurian mix –one cup

4.Bottle Guard Manchurian
