
1. Chowmein
Chowmein is a Chinese dish. It is very popular in India and other countries too. It’s a stir fried noodles. Chowmein contains good amount of protein as it is made with lot of vegetables like capsicum, onion, carrot, cabbage, Soya sauce, vinegar is added to Chowmein to give a tangy taste.

2. Manchurian
Dry Manchurian is served as a snacks. Manchurian is a fried vegetable balls. For making vegetable balls we can use cauliflower, cabbage, spring onions, French beans, carrot, corn starch can be used for binding all the ingredients. For making gravy we use oil, ginger, garlic, soya sauce and vinegar, corn starch is added to its gravy for thick consistency.

3. Dumplings
Dumplings may be cooked, fried, steamed, boiled. Its main ingredient is all purpose flour .Dumlings may be sweet, salty or stuffed. For its filling we can use vegetable like carrot, green peas, cabbage. It is an appetizers.it is popular among nepali’s. They taste awesome when cooked. It becomes very crispy after cooking them. Steamed ones tastes like momo sometimes.

4. Spicy Tofu
Tofu is an substitute of paneer.it is rich in protein.it is very simple and quick to prepare .It’s prepartion time: 10-12 mins. Though it tastes different from Paneer but still children loves Tofu. Just like Paneer we may cook tofu bhurji, palak tofu, tofu butter masala. This dish popular in China, Korea, Japan. It is described as the brownish red ground beef stuffed with chopped onion.

5. Egg-Fried Rice
Egg fried rice can be cooked within 30 minutes.it is full of nutrition. egg fried rice is on its own a complete meal. its cooking process almost same as vegetable fried rice, only ingredient added is egg. boiled egg can also be used for making egg fried rice. we can cook this dish from leftover rice also. They can be served with Manchurian balls and it makes a good combination with Manchurian thick gravy.

6. Kung Pao Chicken
This dish is savory in taste. It’s a stir fry dish made with vegetables, chicken, peanuts etc.it is less spicy dish.it is very popular Chinese dishes in America. soya sauce, vinegar, corn starch, boneless chicken are used to cook this dish. This dish is best example of Chinese culture and it is famous in both locals and foreigners.

7. Wonton Soup
It has become Custom for peoples to drink Wonton’s soup in the winter season. The shape of the Wonton generally is simple right Triangle. Wontons can be boiled and then pour into soup or wontons can be deep fried and then pour into soup. It has the filling of diced shrimp or pork inside it.

8. Sweet and Sour Pork
Sweet and Sour Pork can be from other forms like pork ribs, Chicken, or beef. Sweet and Sour Pork is one of the top Chinese dish available in almost each and every country but name of the dish may vary according to place to place. Some main ingredients of this dish are Red Capsicum, Yellow Capsicum, Honey, Vinegar, spices, Chicken or beef, etc.

9. Peking Roasted Duck
Peking Roasted Duck, liked by peoples all over the world, each local member or Foreigner love this dish because of delicious roasted duck meat and its thin and crispy skin. This dish is roasted as specified from name itself.

10. Spring Rolls
This dish is made in two variants- Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian. In former variant, these cylindrical shaped rolls are stuffed with vegetables like cabbage, onion, ginger, chili. In latter variant, these rolls are stuffed with vegetables and meat and they are wrapped with refined flour. They are fried to add crisp to the rolls.

11. Chilli Chicken
This dish is made by marinating the boneless chicken in soya sauce, pepper and chili sauce. It is deep fried and then it is again seasoned in sauces to give it best taste. Sometimes aj jin moto is used for adding good taste to it. Food color is also added to give it deep red color. It is oily enough to dehydrate a lot.

12. Monchow Soup
It is one of the popular dishes of Indian-Chinese cuisine because it is prepared easily and it is spicy enough to please you. The soup is prepared with various vegetables, chicken and scallions, thickened with stock and corn flour. It is flavored with doses of salt, garlic, soy sauce, chili peppers etc.

13. Chicken Manchurian
The main ingredients of this dish are boneless chicken breasts, eggs. This dish comes under the category of Indo-Chinese cuisine. This dish is full of drama, flavors and spices. These chicken Manchurians can be sautéed in ginger garlic paste to give authentic flavor. And its thick gravy tastes best with fried rice.

14. Egg Noodles
It is a food in many cultures made from dough which is extruded, stretched, rolled flat and cut into variety of shapes and size. This dish is made by adding egg to the noodles. Eggs added to the noodles make it healthy as eggs contain a good amount of protein in it which is required by the body. The egg noodles contain some vegetables like capsicum, cabbage, onion, carrot and tossed with some spices and chili with added soy sauce.

This dish is made by adding honey to the noodles. The sweet element honey in the dish makes it dessert. This is served as dessert in Chinese dishes. It is garnished with sesame seeds to add a good texture and flavor to it.

16. American Chop Suey
It is a popular dish of New England. This dish contains elbow macaroni and cooked ground beef with sautéed onion and green pepper in tomato puree. This dish is made is cooking pan. It is served in casserole. It is influenced by Italian-American cuisine and New England quick meals.

17. Chilli Potato
This dish is made by frying the nicely sliced potatoes in garlic puree and tomato puree to give it spicy flavor. The dish can be garnished with sesame seeds. These potatoes are dipped in honey to make it sweet. It tastes sweet and salty at the same time. Sometimes these potatoes are dipped in gravy of tomato and then served with soft drinks.

18. Fried Shrimps with Cashews
This dish is made by mixing the soy sauce, wine and sesame seeds in medium bowl with added ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Broccoli, Dry fruits like cashew, nuts, green capsicum, carrot are its main ingredients. This dish is rich in Nutrients because of such vegetables.

19. Gong Bao Chicken
Gong Bao Chicken is a non – vegetarian Chinese dish which is famous because of its spicy and amazing taste. Some main ingredients of Gong Bao Chicken are Chicken obviously, Green Capsicum, Yellow Capsicum, Spring Onion.

20. Dimpsums
Dimpsum is Chinese dish made from thin layer of refined flour with the stuffing of vegetables like spring onions, Cabbage, Carrot, etc. It is boiled and rich in nutrients.
