1 Eggless Butter Cake
Ingredients:
- Butter – 200 grams
- Condensed milk – 400 grams
- All-Purpose Flour – 188 grams
- Baking Powder – 1.5 teaspoon
- Salt – 2 to 3 pinch
- Vanilla Essence – 1 teaspoon
Method:
- Sift all the dry ingredients like all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a sieve. Keep it aside.
- Grease the pan with butter and preheat the oven at 170 Degree Celsius.
- Whip the butter in a bowl till it becomes fluffy.
- Add condensed milk and vanilla essence and whip it for a minute.
- Add the dry ingredients to this mixture and whip it at a low speed of 1.
- Pour the mixture in the greased loaf pan and level the batter with a spatula.
- Cover the pan with an aluminium foil since condensed milk is added and it will make the edges turn brown faster.
- Bake the cake in the convection oven at 170 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Once done, check the cake with a toothpick.

Ingredients:
- Whole Wheat Flour – 150 grams
- Baking Soda – half teaspoon
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Cold Water – 1 cup
- Sugar – 100 grams
- Vanilla Extract – ½ teaspoon
- Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon
- Sunflower Oil – ¼ cup
- Honey – 3 Tablespoon
- Rosewater – 1 Tablespoon
- Desiccated Coconut – 1/3 cup
Method:
- Grease the pan with butter and preheat oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Sieve the whole wheat flour and add salt and baking soda.
- Stir them and keep it aside.
- Take one cup cold water in a bowl and add sugar. Stir them until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and vanilla essence. Stir them.
- Carefully add the sunflower oil and stir them carefully.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix it well until a smooth batter is formed.
- Pour the batter in the pan and tap the sides to make the batter even.

Method:
- Preheat Oven to 180 degrees.
- Sieve one cup flour with baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt in a bowl. Mix them well.
- In another bowl, add powdered jaggery and oil and mix them well with an electric beater.
- Add orange juice to the mixture and stir them well.
- Add the mixture of dry ingredients to the wet ingredient mixture. Add one tablespoon of orange zest to give the cake an orange flavor.
- Mix it very well so that no lumps are formed.

- Water – 250 ml
- Regular Sugar – 160 grams
- Oil – 60 ml
- Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon
- Curd – 3 Tablespoon
- Vinegar – 1 Tablespoon
Method:
- Take a bowl and sieve Maida, salt, cinnamon powder, and baking powder.
- Add tutti fruity to the mixture and mix well.
- Grease the pan with butter and preheat the oven at 180 degrees for fifteen minutes.
- Take 160 grams sugar and 250 ml water in a bowl. Stir the solution well so that the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add oil and whisk it well.

- Seedless Dates – 1 cup
- Walnuts – ½ cup
- Instant Coffee – 2 teaspoon
- Small Chocolate Chips – 1 Tablespoon

- Baking Soda – ½ teaspoon
- Salt – 1 pinch
Method:
- Chop the dates and walnuts and grease the pan.
- Heat the milk, add coffee powder and stir.

- Lime Juice – 1 tablespoon

- Amul Fresh Cream (Chilled) – 200 ml
- Icing Sugar – 5 Tablespoon
- Chopped Red Cherries – 3 Tb
- Chocolate Shavings – 8 Tablespoons
- Cherry Syrup – 3 teaspoon
Method:
- Grease a pan and preheat the oven at 200 degree Celsius.
- Sieve whole wheat flour, salt, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
- Heat ¾ cup of sugar in a pan and add cold water till the sugar gets dissolved completely.
- Add butter and stir it well.
- Add lime juice and vanilla extract and stir it again.
- Add the sieved mixture to the wet mixture and stir it again so that no lumps are formed.
- Pour the cake batter in the pan and bake it for 35 to 40 minutes.

Ingredients:
- Maida – 105 grams
- Baking Powder – ½ teaspoon
- Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon
- Butter – 40 grams
- Sweetened Condensed Milk – 125 ml
- Sugar – 3 Tablespoons
- Water – 1/3 cup
- Sea Salt – 1 cup
Method:
- Grease a pan with butter.
- Take a 5-6 litre pressure cooker and remove the rubber ring and whistle from the lid.
- Place the cooker on a low flame.
- Add 1 cup sea salt and spread it in the cooker.
- Sieve Maida and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add one teaspoon vanilla extract to the flour and mix.
- Take a pan and add butter, condensed milk, sugar, and water and heat it on a low flame.
- Mix it well so that the butter melts well.
- When the mixture boils, add it to the flour immediately.

For the third mixture:
- Yogurt – 1/4 cup

Icing:
- Butter – 30 grams
- Brown Sugar – 10 tablespoon

For the first mixture:
- Take flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Mix everything well.
For the second mixture:

- Candied Orange – 40 grams
- Apple Juice – 1 cup
Cake Batter:
- Whole Wheat Flour – 240 grams
- Baking Soda – 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder – ½ teaspoon
- Cinnamon Powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Nutmeg Powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Cardamom Powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Clove Powder – 1/8 teaspoon
- Olive Oil – 1/3 cup
- Lime Juice – 1.5 tablespoon
Caramel Syrup:
- Sugar – 100 grams
- Water – 1 cup
Method:
- Chop all the dry fruits and add apple juice in them in a bowl.
- Allow the dry fruits to soak in the apple juice for a day.
- Take 100 grams sugar and water in a saucepan and stir very well.
- Boil this mixture in a low flame and when the color changes to brown, switch off the flame.
- Remove the pan from the stove and add 1 cup of water.
- Stir so that the caramel hardens.
- Once the caramel cools down, add olive oil and mix it well.
