Graham Cracker Crust-
• Graham Crackers – 14 pieces (7 ounces)
• Butter – 6 tbsp (melted)
• Sugar – ¼ cup
• Salt

• Cream – 2 cups
• Vanilla Extract – 1 tbsp

• Cream Cheese – 12 ounces
• White Chocolate Curls
• Graham Crackers – crushed
Instructions:
• Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Now in a food processor put the graham crackers and chop them into fine pieces. Now place the sugar, salt, melted butter and cinnamon in the food processor and grind the mixture till all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Now put in water (1 tablespoon) and grind for some more minutes.
• Now take a deep bottomed pan and put the cracker mix into it and spread evenly so that it covers the surface of the pan and bake it for the pie crust. After baking let it cool down.
• Whisk the cream cheese and add sugar, vanilla extract until a smooth kind of mixture forms. Let it cool for a few minutes. Meanwhile, take another large bowl, put the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix and blend them thoroughly.
• Into the cream, mix and pour this milk and pudding mixture and combine all the ingredients together thoroughly till fluffy, and then slowly add the lemon juice and stir the mixture.
• Now put the whipped cream and lemon pie filling into the crust and top with whipped cream that is left and garnish with white chocolate curls and graham crackers.

• Flour – 1 ¼ cup
• Salt – ¼ tbsp
• Butter – 4 tbsp
• All Vegetable Shortening – 2 tbsp
Custard Filling –
• Cream – 1 jug (bitter)
• Eggs – 2

• Flour – ¼ cup
• Vanilla Extract – 1 tbsp

Instructions:
• Take a large bowl, put flour and salt and start blending. Add butter, water and mix them thoroughly until smooth dough forms. Now make a disk shape of the dough and wrap it in a plastic cover and keep it in the refrigerator for hardening.
• Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Take another large bowl, place the cream, sugar, flour, vanilla extract and eggs and blend all the ingredients thoroughly.
• Take a large 9 by 9-inch pie vessel and roll the dough over it such that it takes the shape. Fold the dough from the sides such that it makes a flower shape from the sides and meanwhile keep the bottom of the dough empty.

• Now heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Now cover the pie crust using a parchment and add dried beans or pie weights over the cover and bake it in the oven. • Strawberries – 1 pack
• Cherries – 1 can

• Take a saucepan, put sugar (granulated – 1 cup) and cornstarch (1/4 cup) and stir the mixture. Now put cherries into it. Stir and cook gently over medium heat and then add blueberries and strawberries.
• Stir and cook till the mixture is bubbly and thick. Warm the mixture for some more minutes and then remove it. Now put the lemon zest, almond extract and lemon juice into the mixture and stir it. The pie filling is prepared.
• Now for the topping part –Take a medium sized bowl, put flour, brown sugar, sugar (granulated – ½ cup) and stir the mixture. Add butter and blend the mixture thoroughly until crumbs are formed.
• For the Pie crust part – In a medium bowl put flour and a pinch of salt and stir the mixture. Add 1 tsp of water and beat the flour thoroughly until dough is formed. Instructions:
• Put flour, sugar, and salt in a food processor and combine. Add cheddar cheese and pulse to cover the mixture. After some minutes put butter and pulse again. Now add water, 1 tsp at a time until dough is formed.Now spread flour on a smooth surface and put the dough on it and mold it continuously. Take 2 disks and divide the dough into two parts and beat both the dough over each disk thoroughly such that it takes the shape of disk. Cover the dough in a plastic wrapper and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
• Take 2 sheets of parchment paper and roll the dough disks between them. Put one of the dough onto a 9-inch pie dish and compress against the dish and prick with fork on the entire surface of the dough and keep it in the refrigerator. Take another piece of dough and cut out small square pattern molds using a ½ inch square cookie cutter. Put the square patterned molds on a baking dish and store it in the refrigerator.
• Heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Now take the pie platter covered with dough and cover it with a foil and put dried beans or pie weights and bake it. Remove the pie weights and foil after some minutes and heat it again, cool it at room temperature.

• Take half of the pie crust dough and transfer it into a deep bottomed pie pan and press it gently such that the dough takes the shape of the pan. Pour the blackberry apple mixture over the dough and spread it evenly. Spread a layer of butter over the fruit mix.
• Cover the top layer with the remaining half of dough and fold the sides in any pattern of your choice.
• Using a fork make holes on the top of the pie and place it in the oven. Bake it for 40 minutes.
• Now reduce the temperature of the oven to 350 degrees F and then again bake it for 40 minutes. When the fruit juice starts to bubble from the dumps check the texture of the fruitlets whether hard or tender using a knife or fork.
• Remove from the oven and cool it at room temperature. Serve it.

Ingredients:
• Pie Crust – 1 piece (dough, market bought)
• Orange Zest – 1 tbsp
• Orange – 9
• Sugar – ½ cup
• Salt – 1/8 tbsp
• Cornstarch – 3 tbsp
• Vanilla Extract – ¾ tbsp
• Apricot Jam – 2/3 cup
• Coconut – ½ cup (grated)
Instructions:
• Heat up the oven to 450 degrees F. Meanwhile take a large container and extract orange juice. Put sugar and let the juice stand for a few minutes.
• Take 2 fitted saucepans, fill the bottom pan with water and stack the second saucepan on the top. Put the orange fluid and add cornstarch and a pinch of salt. Cook the ingredients until thick and then put the vanilla extract. Cool the filling at room temperature after stirring continuously.
• Now make dough for the pie crust and add lemon zest over it mark pie dish with the pastry. Pierce the tartlet using fork so that it doesn’t cloud while baking. Heat it in the oven until it turns into a golden colour.
• Now remove the baked pie from the oven and cool it at room temperature. Meanwhile reduce the temperature of the oven to 350 degrees F. After cooling the baked pie crust cover the bottom layer of the crust with apricot jam and then add orange pieces in a decorative manner. Now pour the orange filling over it.
• Chill for a few hours and then garnish it with grated coconut. Serve chilled!
