
1 Aaloo Chips
Aloo Chips is a snack which can be served at any time and nobody will say no to this snack because it’s so tasty. This is so simple, there is no difficulty to make this and no extra flavors, just plain salt. To make these chips you have to slice potato in very thin slices and then deep fry it until they get crisp then sprinkle some salt.

2 Aloo Onion Pakora
The Pakora is made by dipping the whole thing into thick liquid of Besan. The chopped onion with aloo is dipped in thick liquid of Besan and deep fried in the vegetable oil until it gets crisp or fry it till the liquid is no longer in liquid state. It can be served with green chili sauce or red chili sauce. It is minced with garam masala or chat masala to add more taste to it. It is made tangy by the use of lemon juice.

4 Aloo Matar Naan
