With a population of more than 2.44 lakhs, Kharghar is one of the most important locations in the city of Navi Mumbai. Kharghar is a vast residential and commercial locality with many affordable and luxury housing apartments lining along the side of its streets. Because of the population in Kharghar and people who pour in from different parts of Navi Mumbai into Kharghar for jobs and education, this place has seen a rise in the number of food joints and stalls. One such centre exists in Crystal Plaza at Hiranandani in Kharghar. This stretch of food stalls in this area is called Khau Galli.

Momos
At Utsav Chowk Fast Food Corner, various varieties of Momo are available. A vegetarian momo has a generous filling of cabbage, garlic, carrot, and other vegetables cooked to perfection, that is, not over-cooked or under-cooked. These momos are accompanied by peanut chutney and red chilli with garlic chutney. This red chilli garlic chutney is very spicy.
2.Manchurian
Manchurian is available at Utsav Chowk Fast Food Corner. Dry Manchurian, as is known in the restaurant, is served with lots of green chillis, so expect it to be spicy! This dish is among the most ordered ones on the menu. The texture of Manchurian is hard from the outside but soft and easily breakable from the inside. The dish can be a little sour-tasting with the flavours of Vinegar and Soy Sauce.
3.Goli Vada Pav
Goli Vada Pav is a well-known Vada Pav franchise that has outlets across various parts of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The patty is made of peas, potatoes, carrots and seasoned with Indian Masalas. It is crispy on the outside and soft from the inside. Goli Vada Pav may not be similar to an authentic Vada Pav, but it is still a fantastic dish that one must try! This dish is served with Ketchup.

At Dosa Express, you can relish over 30 varieties of Dosas. These Dosas are prepared by coating a chutney of peanuts, mint, and coriander and adding any preferred flavouring. The mint and coriander chutney balance the strong nutty taste of the peanut chutney. The texture of dosas is thin and crisp and is served with coconut chutney and Sambar.

Aloo Tikki Chaat at Sai Balaji’s tikki
Aloo Tikki Chaat is prepared by breaking a Tikki into pieces and adding finely chopped onions, tomatoes, beetroot, carrot, coriander, some boiled chickpeas, chutneys, Chaat Masala, Sev and pomegranate pearls. This Chaat is given in a generous amount and has a balanced taste of spice, sourness, and a hint of sweetness. Dahi (or Curd) can also be added in this Chaat and is optional. Litti Chokha at Apple Mint
Litti Chokha is a traditional recipe from the city of Bihar in India. Litti refers to a roasted wheat dough ball. This dough ball is flavoured with some garlic and coriander. Litti is accompanied by a side dish called Chokha, prepared with mashed tomatoes, eggplant, or potato.This dish is served with a generous serving of ghee. You can have this dish at the stall called Apple Mint.

At Natural Tea, a stall dedicated to delicious Teas, you can try Honey Lemon Tea. This tea brims with the freshness of mint and the aroma of lemongrass. Cardomom and Black Pepper are added to bring out a slight spice and flavours of the Tea. It is sweetened with Honey and thus serves as a healthy and tasty alternative to a regular milk tea.
8.Shawarma at Fatoush
Shawarma is popular street food in Navi Mumbai. Thinly cut slices of meat are stacked on a rotisserie and cooked slowly. Shawarma can be prepared with mutton or chicken. You can try Shawarma at Fatoush in Khau Galli, which specialises in Lebanese cuisine. You can even try their Shawarma platter, one of the most ordered items in their stall.

Maggi is India’s very own instant noodles brand. Every household loves Maggi, and kids are always excited for a hot bowl of noodles. Many varieties of Maggi are available at F for Fries in Khau Galli. It is, in fact, one of the stall’s special attractions. Ghar Ki Maggi, Veg Maggi, Cheese Veg Maggi, Paneer Maggi, and Chicken Maggi are the varieties you can find here.

Bombay’s Burgers serves Wraps, Frankies, Burgers, and Fries. Their dishes of Boneless Chicken strips and Cheesy Chicken Popcorn are a must-try. Home Delivery and Takeaway services are available at this stall. The average cost of two orders is Rs 200, making this place a great choice to relish affordable burgers.

Softy Ice cream is available at Goli Vada Pav No. 1 stall. A softy ice cream is similar to regular ice cream, but it is much creamier, lighter, and softer. As it is called, Goli Softy is available in three flavours of Vanilla, Chocolate, and choco-vanilla. Enjoying a cold and creamy serving of ice cream after relishing a hot and spicy Vada Pav sounds perfect!

Vada Missal
Vada Missal involves breaking a vada and topping it with sprouts, Farsan, and pouring the Missal soup or stew over it. This side dish is accompanied by Pav, which is slightly tossed in Butter. Paan is an item that is eaten in India after meals. However, some people pop in Paans in between meals too. Meetha Paan, as its name suggests, contains ingredients that are sweet and flavourful, like Gulkand, Fennel Seeds, Desiccated Coconut, dry Dates and many more.
