
Oats is used to make various breakfast recipes like instant idli, upma, uttapam, & cookies. Most of the rava recipes are healthy and quick to prepare & taste good as well.
1. Oats Upma
Firstly roast the Oats. Now Roast it on medium flame and string constantly to get parched. Roast until Oats becomes little brown color. Add oil to the pan, add any vegetables the availability or as per your choice. Vegetables have become tender. Now add Oats into it. One cup of Oats adds two cups of water. Add salt & now let it cook for 3-4 minutes gets puffy. Upma is ready now & coriander leaves into it and turns off-gas.

2. Oats Chilla
Firstly, let us prepare the Oats batter before making Oats chilla. Put Oats in a big bowl, add curd, and mix the two thoroughly till all lumps disappear. Now that the batter is ready- add salt, ginger, Green Chili, onion and mix properly. Leave the batter aside for 10 minutes, allowing Oats to ferment. The pan is heated, pour 1tsp oil in it and spread it evenly. Put a little bit of rice followed by two spoons of batter and spread the batter thickly. Add your vegetables and pour a little bit of oil on top. Now turn it over and cook uttapam till it’s lightly brown on the other side. Chilla is prepared, garnished with some green coriander.

3. Oats Idli
Firstly, let us prepare the Oats batter before making Oats idli. Put Oats in a big bowl, add curd, and mix the two thoroughly till all lumps disappear. Leave the batter aside for 10 minutes, allowing Oats to ferment & 2 spoons of batter and spread the batter thickly on an idli stand and steam for 10 minutes. Oats Idli prepared, serve with some coconut chutney.

4. Oats Khichdi
Heat the pan, add curry leaves & add Oats. Let the Oats mix with the ghee and roast well. I was supposed to do this when adding the initial seasoning itself. Add salt, ginger, green chili, add vegetables you like & mix properly and add water. Now let it cook for 3-4 minutes gets puffy.

5. Oats Kheer
In a pan, add ghee & fry the dry fruits. Add Oats and roast until it gets golden brown. Then add milk and stir constantly. Once boiled is done & add sugar. Oats kheer prepared, serve hot.

6. Oats Cereal
Firstly, take the Oats and blend very fine. The pan boiled the water and one spoon of Oats cereal into it. Keep stirring to prevent scorching, & cook for 3-4 minutes and ready. You can also add any mashed fruit to it.

7. Oats Bhurji
Add oil to the pan, add any vegetables the availability or your choice. Vegetables have become tender & add Oats into it. Then add One Egg and cook well. Add salt & now let it cook for 3-4 minutes to puffy.

8. Oatmeal Cookies
Take a Bowl, add butter, brown sugar mix properly in a cream texture. Then add banana and beat 2 minutes. Add Oats, maida, salt, & baking soda, vanilla extract into it. Add some raisins & choco bits & make small balls, Bake for 10 minutes at @ 190 C.

9. Oats Tikki
Firstly, soak the Oats for 15-20 minutes. In a bowl, mix the vegetables in Oats and add salt, ginger, garlic. Take each portion & make a rounded Tikki. Add oil to a flat pan & shallow fry them. I served with green chutney.

10. Oats Dosa
Firstly, soak the Oats for 15-20 minutes. Grind the Oats very fine & add salt, Eno into it & mix well. Add oil to a flat pan and spread the batter thickly. It Serves with any chutney.

11. Oats Cake
Take a vessel, add butter, brown sugar mix properly in a cream texture. Then add banana and beat 2 minutes. Add Oats, maida, salt, & baking soda, vanilla extract into it. Add some raisins & choco bits, Bake for 10 minutes at @ 190 C.

12. Oats Parathas
Grind instant Oats in coarse powder & transfer Oats powder to a bowl. Add cabbage, onion, Green Chilly, carrot, 2 tsp curd into it and mix well. Start blinding the ingredients to make dough. Once the dough is kneading, roll into parathas & cook. Serve with chutney.

13. Curd- Oats
Firstly roast the Oats. Now Roast it on medium flame and string constantly to get parched. Roast until Oats become little brown color & add water into it. Cook 3-4 minutes & that it gets puffy. Then add curd, 2 tsp cucumber, 2 tsp pomegranate seeds, 2 tsp carrot, & add prepared tadka.

14. Oats Smoothie
Take one medium to large bananas, 1 cup of milk & 1 cup of instant Oats, 1tsp maple syrup, ¼ tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tsp peanut butter, and this ready blend up.

15. Oats Burger
For oats burger, Cut open the buns with a knife, butter them and lightly toast them on a pan. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, Chilli flakes, & a dash of lemon juice. Spread this paste on both bun mayonnaise. Add some cauliflower leaves, place 1 or 2 Tikki & add tomato and onion slices on top, followed by grated cheese.

16. Oats Maggi
Oats Maggi is like simple Maggi. Put the water to boil in a pan and add the spices in water with Maggi masala powder. In another pan, take a little bit of oil & add green chilies & the oil is ready, saute vegetables. Once the water begins to simmer, add the Oats to water and let it boil till the consistency thickness.

17. Oats Waffles
Firstly roast the Oats and grind them to make a fine powder. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and another bowl, whisk together 3/4th cup butter, milk, and eggs. Then, add this mixture to the flour and keep the mix to avoid lumps. Let the batter rest for 5-7 minutes. Then waffle iron and use a part of the remaining butter for greasing. Pour it onto the waffle maker. Let it turn deep brown on both sides.

18. Oats Dahi Vada
Soak urad dal and moong dal in hot water. Then, crush into a fine paste using as little water as possible. Add chopped coconut pieces, curry leaves, green chili, & salt to the mix and form a batter. Make small dumplings of the batter and deep fry, take out the vada, and squeeze the water from them, top with curd, chutneys, red chilies powder.

19. Oats Risotto
Heat the pan, then add curry leaves & add Oats. Let the Oats mix with the ghee and roast well. Stir constantly and roast until it gets brown. I was supposed to do this when adding the initial seasoning itself. Add salt, ginger, Green Chilly, add peas, onion & mix properly and add water. Now let it cook for 3-4 minutes to get puffy. Remove the flame, Garnish with cheese and a fresh basil leaf, and serve.

20. Chocolate – Oats Pinwheels
In a thick-bottomed non-stick visage, melt adulation and add cocoa greasepaint. Keep string continuously for 1 nanosecond on a medium honey. Also add the milk and brown sugar & stir till the sugar melts. Rally the oats in a visage till they turn crisp. The Grind the Oats & keep them away & Take the multigrain chuck and roll them. Spread the cocoa admixture over the chuck.
